Revels in a kind of bonkers Englishness
Evening Standard, Best Books of 2017
This heartwarming book takes us through the calendar year and a rhyming story reflects each month wonderfully… Blake’s immediately recognisable flourish gives this book instant appeal and his stamp on anything suggests quality and humour
INIS
Very funny, with lots of gentle humour and earthy illustrations from Quentin Blake that really capture the fizz and farce of close family life.
