Creators
Katja Spitzer grew up in East Germany and studied illustration at Martin Luther Universität in Halle and Illustration at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig. She works as a freelance illustrator who is inspired by many things around her. Katja has illustrated and designed fiction book covers but this is her first children’s book. She currently lives in Berlin.

This tiny little creation sure does pack a punch design-wise. Using just a handful of fluorescent colours and loads of cleverness, the retro illustrations are as much a drawcard for adults as they are for toddlers.
