Haruo Yamashita

Haruo Yamashita was born in 1937 in Tokyo. He spent his childhood by the sea. Haruo Yamashita studied French literature at the University of Kyoto. Many of his works have been inspired by life on the sea. Today, Haruo Yamashita works as an author and translator.
