Cindy Wume

Cindy Wume came to Britain from Taiwan in 2014 and gained an MA in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Not in That Dress, Princess! Is Cindy’s second picture book, following The Best Sound in the World. She lives in Taiwan.
