From breakfast to dinner, dusk to dawn, children will love spending the day on the Prehistoric plains with this curious baby Diplodocus!

Join this little dinosaur as she ventures out from the safety of the forest to the plains in search of a herd to join. As we follow her she’ll sample tasty plants, meet other dinosaurs, both friendly and fierce who share this little corner of our Prehistoric planet, and hopefully stay out of trouble!

Reviews

The latest in the ‘One Day…’ series this is as fun and informative as the others are. At the front and back of the book you are shown pictures of various creatures and plants with the way to pronounce their names, and if you look you will find them throughout the book, a lovely little game to play. Then you follow the day for the young Diplodocus, travelling through the prehistoric land in search of their herd, at the end of the tale there is a bit of peril which is quickly resolved as she find the herd. I love this block print style and it really adds to the feel of the fun little story.

Waterstones Bookseller Review

A must-read for everyone who has ever had even a passing thought about what it was like to live when the dinosaurs were still roaming the earth.

Armadillo Postbag Picks

I would recommend this for little dinosaur fans and it is a lovely text that could be used to introduce a number of topics or discussions with readers. It is also a book that is impossible to resit poring over because of its beautiful illustrations.
