It turns out that the tree stump ghost is only a legend, but the hermit has created a home for a group of magical wood sprites—leading to a hilarious tea time and a fairy-tale ending.
Creators
Miss Paty was born in 1979 in Marseilles. She lives in Angouleme, where she works for animation studios and illustrates books for children.
Nathan Sacks is a writer and translator living in Minneapolis. He has written American Hip-Hop: DJs, Rappers and Hard Beats for TFCB, as well as the Turbocharged title The Duel.
Reviews
Although it is the second in a series, this volume holds up well as a stand-alone adventure, and for those who can get lost in the sugary-sweet art, it makes for a fine jumping-in point.
