Books for Keeps
A thoughtful, beautifully-illustrated book… I would highly recommend this book and would like to see it go on to win an award.
Well-written and beautifully illustrated . . . this is one of the best-looking books I’ve seen for a long time.
Magical, heart-breaking and hopeful, this illustrated tale of love and loss is definitely a recommended read.
Sensitively told, much helped by Kate Grove’s dark and atmospheric illustrations.
The School Librarian
