Early Learning: Numbers & Counting Pop-Up & Lift-The-Flap Books

A bright, cheerful and stylish board book introducing the numbers one to ten along with lots of different animals – but watch out for the pop out of the crocodile at the end!

Let's count your tails, Bunny Hun! Bouncy-bounce! I've got ONE!
From elephant's two tusks to bee's three stripes, from lion's four paws to koala's five claws, each animal has a special number for you to count. But can you count Crocodile Claire's teeth? Do you dare? They're very sharp so you'd better beware!

With rounded corners and sturdy pages perfect for little hands, this rhythmic, rhyming text combined with gorgeous simple artwork will have little ones laughing with joy while learning their numbers one to ten.

Edward Underwood is one half of the Lisa Jones Studio design team. He and his wife, Lisa, began designing and hand-printing their own range of cards in their London studio way back in 2000. Drawing on their backgrounds in art and fashion, they've since stocked the world's finest galleries, museums, boutiques and department stores with design-led goodies. These days they illustrate and adorn greetings and homewares from an old post mill on the edge of the South Downs. Edward also illustrates picture books, including 100 First Words, Big Box Little Box and One Shoe Two Shoes by Caryl Hart, and the Tiny Little Story series. Name Your Numbers and Show Your Colours are his first books for Walker.

Edward Underwood’s illustrations cry out for youngsters to emulate the subject of each spread.
