About the author
Cathryn Clinton has an MFA in Writing for Children from Vermont College and she is the author of "The Calling", "A Stone in My Hand" and "Simeon's Fire". Her books have been internationally successful and "A Stone in My Hand" was mentioned as a notable book at the International Reading Association Children's Book Awards and Booklist Editor's Choice, 2002.
