A lovely story about children letting go of mum when they first attend school or pre-school.
On Monday morning, William went with Mum to play school for the first time. But when he got there, William didn’t feel like joining in with the painting or the games so Mum stayed with him. Then on Tuesday, Mum and William noticed another little boy who also needed a bit of encouragement. Gradually, as William and David’s friendship developed, their confidence did too and on Friday when the sun came out, both boys were able to say goodbye to their mums and go out to play.
