Once Upon a Picnic

By Vivian French
Illustrated by John Prater

A family picnic with some fairytale surprises!

At the family picnic, there is "Not much to do/ Not Much to See," until a few familiar guests start to arrive. Look out for the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood, the Gingerbread Man and many others, as a cast of familiar characters make special appearances to brighten the day.

  • A simple rhyming text accompanies a fun game of spot-the-fairytale-character to challenge a young audience.
