About the author
Robyn Opie is the author of 85 children's books. She has been writing for children for 11 years; most of her books are sold around the world and many have been translated into foreign languages. Robyn lives in Adelaide, South Australia, and works full time writing for children. Robyn has always loved writing and reading. She writes children's books for pleasure. With her partner, Robyn has co-written a family feature film and is developing a TV series. Her other interests include watching Aussie Rules Football. Her favourite team is the Adelaide Crows. Go Crows! She also enjoys listening to music, playing pool, watching movies, walking her dogs and chatting to friends via the Internet.
