About the author
Vivian French is the author of "Chocolate", the Read and Wonder non-fiction book "Caterpillar Butterfly" (shortlisted for the Kurt Maschler Award) and as well as "The Robe of Skulls".
About the illustrator
Alison Bartlett studied illustration at Anglia College of Art in Cambridge and went onto Kingston College of Art, starting an MA course in illustration. Her books include "T. Rex" and "The Tiger and the Jackal".
