Fly on the Wall: Viking Longship

By Mick Manning
Illustrated by Brita Granstrom

Following on from "Roman Fort" and "Pharaoh’s Egypt" is this third title in the fresh, non-fiction series based on ‘fly-on-the-wall’ reporting.

Learn all about the Viking way of life as we sail with Uggla, Grim and their grizzly crew. Listen to stories about the Norse gods, watch the Viking craftsmen at work, raid a church and attend a warrior’s funeral. With flies, beer stains and bloody fingerprints plastering the pages, this is a book that will have the Vikings springing from its pages.

  • A fact-packed book to inspire children to learn more about the Viking way of life.
  • The facts are told through the exciting and authentic characters as we follow them at work and at play.
