Jonathan Emmett gave up architecture in 1995 to pursue a career as a writer and illustrator and has since had several titles published including "No Place Like Home".

Vanessa Cabban obtained a first-class BA honours degree in Illustration from Brighton University and an MA from the Royal College of Art. She has illustrated several picture books, including the bestselling "Dear Tooth Fairy".
