Mary Hooper
Mary Hooper has had over 600 of her stories published in teenage and women’s magazines such as J17 and is the highly-regarded author of over 50 titles for young people, including the Letters to Liz series for reluctant readers and her teenage novel, Megan, which recently won the 2000 North East Book Award. Mary has two grown-up children, Rowan and Gemma, and lives in an old cottage in Hampshire.
