Colin Hawkins
Colin Hawkins was born in Blackpool and won a scholarship to art school at the age of 13. He studied graphic design and illustration and qualified with NDD. Colin and his wife Jacqui have been published by a number of children’s publishers and their work is very recognisable and tremendously popular. Their first book, "Witches", was published in 1981, and since then they have together produced over 100 titles.
